I personally had 2 sets of parts and would use one for a session, toss it in the sink, and grab the second set for the next session to avoid having to wash everything every single time. Yes, it meant that every 2 sessions I would wash 2 sets of parts, but thats what worked for me. If my husband got home from work and there were parts in the sink he would wash them (which I greatly appreciated)
Oh yeah, having multiple sets helps indeed
I put my pump parts in the fridge plus having two sets so I can rotate them. Washing each time would have sent me insane.
I put in the fridge between pumping and washing at once at the end of the day. Also,my lactation consultant told me I don't have to pump through the night, just once between 12 am and 6 because that is when prolactin is at its highest.
I have these, you can wipe down your parts Dapple Baby Breast Pump Wipes, 25... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B084HBY95K?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
