I use the Lovevery app, and I find it very helpful. It doesn't bother you with subscriptions or anything like that. I agree with you about starting tummy time early. We began tummy time on day one, starting with him on our chests and then moving to the floor with a pillow under his chest. At first, we could only do it for a few seconds before he started crying. Now, he enjoys tummy time more especially when we use a breastfeeding pillow, as it also helps with his gas. He's already starting to lift his head and can control it while turning left and right as he follows black-and-white cards and pictures. For exercise, I do some movements with his hands, like moving them up around his head and then down next to his body. This helps him learn how to control both hands together and coordinate their movements. I also cross his left leg and make it touch his right hand and vice versa a few times every time before I change his diaper while he is awake. This helps with pushing and relieves gas.
I use the "What to Expect" app. I started tummy time with my son at 4 days old. The app has lots of articles, daily reads, daily tips, what to expect each week/month of babies life, etc
Thank you so much! That’s a huge help!
