Nappy changing nightmare

Does anyone else’s almost two year old still make changing their nappy a complete nightmare every SINGLE time. I am genuinely starting to lose my patience and empathy with it. It’s been nearly two years of the same thing every day. Why is it so hard to just be quiet and do it? It takes 5 seconds.
