My baby is 6 weeks and I still have some of my tummy but I had a huge bump. Just started doing light exercise now it’s been 6 weeks tho and I feel so much better x

I have a 10 year gap my first was a natural birth and it took a few weeks this time I had a emergency section and 10 years older she's 16 months and I have a new body now not my old body but I'm getting there! Embrace the new you and just go for light strolls when you can 💖
I have a 16 month old and literally snapped back within a few days. Health visitor couldn’t even tell I’d had a baby. Now I have a 4 month old and this time the bounce back is taking some serious work but confident I’ll get there and so will you mama! It’ll just take a bit of time and adjusting to the new norm x 💕
Mines back to normal. Mine was super soft and squidgy now it's back to being firm. I walk a lot which I think helped.

Every body is different, mama! I had a small pregnancy tummy, and mine went back to normal in about two weeks, but that’s just my experience. It can take weeks or even months for things to fully settle, and that’s completely okay. Give yourself grace,your body just did something incredible! Gentle movement, staying hydrated, and good nutrition can help, but honestly, time and patience are key. You’ve got this🩷
