I have been dealing with a lot of mood related things, but no diagnosis.. but two books that have helped me a lot are: "How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t with Your Kids: A Practical Guide to Becoming a Calmer, Happier Parent" by Carla Naumburg And "Raising Good Humans: A Mindful Guide to Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting and Raising Kind, Confident Kids" by Hunter Clarke-Fields Hunter also hosts a very insightful podcast if that's also something that you'd find interesting.
