Allergies and breastfeeding
I get really bad seasonal allergies. I typically take Zyrtec and Flonase in Fall/Spring. I’m breastfeeding and scared to take anything that might affect the baby. Does anyone else take allergy medication while breastfeeding? Who should I verify with from a medical provider standpoint… pediatrician, lactation consultant, OB?

I would ask whichever you see first. I was able to take Zyrtec while pregnant.
Both above comments are safe to use during breastfeeding. You can also try taking some local honey for natural remedy if you’re keen on trying a natural remedy
I take Claritin daily while breastfeeding and did throughout pregnancy. Obgyn approved.
I checked with my OBGYN. I take the generic of Zyrtec, singular and breo ellipeta for my allergies and asthma and I’m breast feeding and pumping
