Engorged breast and swollen nipples
I haven’t been able to latch my baby due to my swollen nipples and now both of my breast are engorged and it’s so painful! I tried pumping but that makes my nipples more swollen! Helppp

Breast massages go to YouTube if you need help also if you can look into getting a Frida breast kit off of Amazon. Baby can also latch To your boobs still. Pinch them. Also put your two hands on one boob fingertips on nipple and squeeze to release pressure.
You can hand express to soften and then ICE!!!!
Wet and freeze newborn diapers to apply to engorged breast. It got me through this past round when my mature milk was coming in.
