Signs of labour

I think I might be going into labour but also don't know maybe I just have my hopes up due to being fed up Woken up this morning with backache alongside on and off tightenings/period cramps in my lower stomach Baby has been super active and the pressure down stairs is unreal and maybe tmi but I'm like soaking down there??? My waters slow leaked with my first pregnancy but doesn't quiet feel that way it's hard to explain I'm also getting the odd sharp pain in my upper stomach generally feeling really heavy and like I may vom at any moment 😅 Am I just having a super bad day or might this be it??? 36+3 had positive early labour test over a week ago now
