Morning sickness advice

I'm posting incognito since I just took a test yesterday that was positive. Any advice for morning sickness? With my first I never had it and I was still hungry most of the pregnancy. I'm a few weeks late (I just went on a vacation so I had thought if could be stress that delayed my period, bit I took a test before the trip but a few days late and it was negative. The past week I've been nauseous all day, I haven't been hungry, and I've been exhausted. Nothing has been the same so far this time around except finding out around 7 weeks. And right now I'm just so tired I want to sleep all day, and so nauseous I don't want to eat but I have to force myself to eat for the baby right now and of course feed our son. Any advice on how to help with morning sickness that lasts all day would be a huge help! I just started my periods back up in January and finished bf in February so I wasn't sure if I was actually late or my period was trying to figure itself out still since the first 2 were a week apart, and then a month for the next.

First of all congratulations!! When I was pregnant with my son I was really sick for the first 5 months. And not much helped me honestly, not to scare you! The couple things that did help were small snacks super often like nuts or crackers every 30 mins - 1 hr, and lollipops!! Lollipops helped me the most, I ate these sugar free dental ones that were good flavors and had them almost constantly until I felt better

Just figured out they were the Dr. John’s Healthy Sweets Classic Fruit Lollipops! They also have hard candy I believe

@Bella thank you so much! I'll have to look for these lollipops. I know my sister had morning sickness for most of her pregnancy with her daughters, but I don't remember if she had said anything helped and I can't ask her yet since it's still so new and she's on a trip this weekend.

You’re so welcome! I hope you find something that helps you 💕 I know how rough it can be morning sickness is no joke! Hopefully your sister will have more tips for you! Best of luck throughout your journey!

The only thing that helped me was prescription Zofran from the OBGYN! I was sick my entire pregnancy.

Congrats! I'm 11 weeks with twins. What has helped me a lot is vitamin B6 and half ( sometimes a third) of a Unisom at night. I did it in my previous pregnancy also, but this one has been much worse with being sick - of course, I know why now, haha. It is safe, and doctors recommend it. Preggy pop drops work okay, too. You can also try ginger tablets.

@Kim thanks!

@Cristal thank you!
