my nipples have gone so tender and look like this, as if they’ve been grazed?! it’s painful to feed and feels so sore when she’s feeding
she’s nearly 14 months old and i’ve never had this before!

@Chloe yes! i noticed this morning she’s got a top tooth coming!!
Use a nipple cream and air it out. I found that works best. Keep checking her latch aswel, if it starts to become shallow, take her off and put her back on, deep
@Chloe i will do! i did wonder whether it was to do with that as it felt like i was feeding a newborn all over again

Looks like a shallow latch when feeding. Is she currently teething? I found when my baby was teething she would have a shallow latch cause she would use my nipple as a teething toy. She would start with a deep latch and gradually get shallow.
