Subchorionic hematoma

Has anyone had a subchorionic hematoma and if so what was it like? I just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant when I had no clue cause I had a period after the time I would’ve conceived but the period I had was extremely weird I had heavy bleeding day 1 I bled through the biggest tampon in an hour and a half I was in so much pain I could barely walk and was dizzy and a bit disoriented that first day and it got easier the second day before finally by day 5 I was fine I chalked it up to a horrible period but doing research could it have been a subchorionic hematoma? I’m in shock about the pregnancy lol and just am wondering about that
