Interesting!! My first sounded like your second. I was out on day 3, walked around to the pub for lunch. I hope my second isn’t worse 😂😂
This makes me feel positive about my second! My first was a breeze, I was walking my dog and out for meals again on day 4, I felt back to normal after 2 weeks, it was only sore if I accidentally whacked the section scar (getting the pram out of the car). I was nervous the second time it could hurt more if it’s gone through old scar tissue. Does anyone have experience of two close together? I’m hoping for a 2 .5 year age gap if lucky.
Exactly the same experience as you with my first @Clare Hoping for a similar age gap too. I believe they recommended to wait 18 months before getting pregnant after a c section to make sure it’s all healed properly xx
My second was sooooo much easier and less painful in the recovery. First took me forever to be moving normally again, after my second we were out and about at a play date for my eldest at 8 days PP. Felt almost back to normal by 6 weeks where as my first took until at least 10-12 weeks before I was moving comfortably.
