Low sleep needs/ short sleep cycles

Sorry this is a long one! Is anyone else finding they’ve got a LO who is very low sleep needs? My girl is 11 months at the end of this week and has never been the best sleeper anyway but I’m finding the length of time she sleeps at night seems to be a lot shorter than what’s typical for most babies. We’ll get around 9 and a half hours through the night at an absolute push on a good night and she rarely sleeps past 6am. Most nights just now she’s awake for a few hours from around 1am to 3am which I know is down to big developmental changes etc. so I know I just need to ride this out but just curious if anyone else has a LO that doesn’t seem to need much sleep? We’re also finding her sleep cycle at the start of the night has become really really short again for a few months she was going around 3/4 hours before her first wake which was amazing for her dad and I but now shes only managing an hour before she starts stirring then that’s her up and down constantly for the rest of the night I’m exhausted 😂 is this also part of the 10 month regression?

My girl is exactly the same at the minute and it’s so exhausting 😩 with a cold now thrown into the mix too. I can’t help as I’m at a loss what to do myself but you’re not alone 😴

If my daughter sleeps for an hour on her own I celebrate, she will do 3 hours in bed with me but stirs during that time. During the day some days she will have an hour in the pushchair, others maybe 2 or 3 ten min cat naps. She had her 10month development check today and health visitor has no concerns at all, I think sometimes it’s just beyond our control and it’s better to let it be! Xx
