@Victoria Aguilar praying 🙏🏿 you get some clarity and tips/assistance for you and your baby girl at your upcoming appointment !
Me too she bites hits punches kicks when she's mad or overstimulated if she's upset she'll scratch at her scalp till it bleeds (idk how to channel that to something else bc it's negatively effecting her hair growth she has a bald spot from doing this) she chews on charger cords and head phones she likes things done a certain way or her way all together if it's not she gets very frustrated/mad
My understanding is that meltdowns are common for this age. To expect anything less or not to have a safe space for them to co regulate with a teacher is pretty shitty.
My son seems to have issues too! Hang in there
yes couldhave written this myself in this last week my sons emotions have been all over the place. hes been fine at school but at home totally different story. hes normally a chilled little boy so its thrown us altogether whats going on. we have had a look online about what happens at age 4 and states about a Limbic Leap. have a look into it. x
She most likely has autism but her anger and meltdowns have gotten worse in the last 3 years she'll be evaluated on the 25th of April hoping this will help us get her anger and emotional support she needs bc I've tried everything and it doesn't work or help
