19 weeks and when I move or I’m laying down and turn from one side to another there’s a little bit of pain in my abdomen. Normal or not

I’ve been getting that too. My OB said as long as it’s not progressively getting worse and/or doesn’t get better with rest it’s pretty normal
Read about "round ligament pain" it is likely that
Growing pains completely normal
I’m having this too and asked my ob. She said it was normal and not to worry

I think it’s normal! I’ve experienced that a bit on and off mainly when I move suddenly or turn over at night. I’m 22 weeks now
