@Emma Can I also ask, I am due my second baby (planned section) this November & I’m so scared I had a bad experience last time with it as I got an infection afterwards and it almost killed me. I can’t remember if you bleed like for weeks after a section or not as I bled for a while last time does this happen with a planned section or was it because I had an emergency one last time x sorry just nervous and scared!! X
@Sammi I have had 4 one was emergency the rest planned it’s a lot less stressful planned x
Iv had 3. I was worried each time but all went find thankfully.

@Sammi honestly a planned one is SOOOOOO much better. It's such a lovely experience. It's totally different. I bled for ages with my second and third (had an infection with both) got treated and was still bloody bleeding. They then said it was probably because I wasn't resting enough 🤣🤣 how do you rest with a toddler and a newborn. My kids are now 5, 3 and 6 months today. Honestly you will love it. It's a magical experience. My first my son nearly died and it was all rush rush rush. The staff will be so nice to you. They understand it's a scary experience. I never rested at all so it's pointless me saying try and rest 🤣🤣 always here if you have any more questions. So excited for you!!! I'd have another csection tomorrow but my husband said he would divorce me if we have any more babies 🤣🤣🤣🤣 xxxxx
I've had 3. No problems at all during pregnancy. They did say there was the tiniest chance of rupture but it's like so so small. I do think the recovery seems worse each time though but maybe that's because you don't get your rest like you do with your first. Feel free to message me. I had my last one in October xx
