We start at 7:30, change diaper, feed, brush tongue/gums, suck boogies out, and sing to her. 2 days a week, we add a bath in there. She is usually asleep by 9

So we always do dinner, bath, bedtime routine But the bed time routine is exactly 30 minutes, we use our hatch machine to play soft sleep music for the 30 minutes, During that time we relax in his bedroom, read books he chooses, let him play with non light up toys, whatever he wants (it’s mostly books and playing with dad) , but when the music turns off, we say goodnight to stuffed animals in his room, then we go turn off the lights in the house and then we get one last sip of water and then we do hugs and kisses and then he gets placed in his crib… We have been doing this for a while, adding some tweaks here and there but he’s usually yawning and snuggling up and closing his eyes when we start the lights beside his body knows it’s time for sleep !!! For naps we just do the turning off the lights bit and that gets him ready for a nap

****my baby is a Feb 2024 baby, idk where the 2025 group came from😂😂😂 but we’ve been doing the music and books since birth

Around 7:30 we start winding down (turning the lights down, closing the blinds, etc.) and getting the nursery ready. Give her a bath twice a week. Make sure she is fed and has a fresh diaper. At 8:30 we swaddle her up and rock her to sleep.

8:30pm last feed, change diaper or bath, then I wrap her up and off to bed (either white noise and patting, walking her around a little bit etc) ✨

9 pm last feed, change his diaper, and swaddle him (or he’ll keep moving his hands and wake up, lol). Rock him to sleep with white noise, then put him in the bassinet. Done for the night. ☑️
