Assisted walking! *Video*

Little one is zooming around with her walker and her first tooth just broke through! Our babies are getting so big!

I was told you want baby crawling 3 months before attempting to walk. Crawling helps baby coordinate both sides of the body together. This is a great task for a developing brain and strengthens the corpus callosum, the area of the brain that helps the two sides of the body communicate. So with all those great benefits, there's so many reasons to help baby crawl.

Our 8 month old (tomorrow) is standing super well. He'll attempt little steps if we hold him and guide him but not on his own yet! He has 8 teeth and i swear they are the sole cause for his nonexistent naps😭

@Cici , wow, my little dude has about 1/8 of a tooth. LOL

@Heather I get the idea of this, but not all babies are going to listen to that reasoning. Some babies are just ready quicker!
