Saving milk while sick????
Whole family is sick but my 2 month old.
It’s a bad one too. Body aches nose throat. Not fun. I even lost my voice. Baby is not liking that 😂
I’m not sure if it’s okay to save milk when you’re sick?? My kids are 2 and 3. So instead of saving the milk he doesn’t eat in a day. I just have been giving it to them since we are all sick.
I pump out around 40-50 oz a day so I have quite a few oz left over as he eats 20ish a day.
Should I be doing this ? lol. Is it even beneficial to my 2 toddlers?
I think one of the main reasons my 2 month old didn't get sick when I was sick was because I continued to give her breast milk that has antibodies from me. I think it's beneficial to your toddlers to get the additional antibodies from you since you have extra milk. If you wanted to save it, there's no reason not to just because you're sick.
