False labor?

Anyone have days where you feel like you're going into labor but it's nothing? I'm 31+3 with baby #3 and have been hurting today. Tmi but I've been having diarrhea all day, feel so much pressure in my groin area, possibly braxton hicks, and super nauseous. I've been having the worst anxiety. I'm so scared to have a preemie again, especially now with kids at home. I'm currently taking a warm epsom salt bath to hopefully calm down any sort of contractions I could be having. Doesn't help I think my upper ribs are back out so I feel like I'm having a heart attack too 😭😭

Yes omg I’m 34 weeks + 2 days and yesterday I literally felt so nauseous and miserable and was so tight around my belly and I could not find a comfortable position to be in I fully thought I was going into labor but it was nothing 😂

@Lili that's literally me 😩😅 I had no idea 1st trimester nausea could come back

Omg girl tell me about it!!! For the past couple months the morning sickness has been brutal!! It’s like clock work every morning and sometimes food still doesn’t agree with me and I’ll puke randomly throughout the day pregnancy is wild!!

@Lili i get nauseous every night right around dinner 😭😭 literally the worst time because I can barely eat but I'm so hungry 😭 pregnancy is a wild ride for sure 😅
