Bed time between 7-8! If she is up later than that she is just way too cranky. With the 4mo sleep regression she is up 2-3x/ night but before that she was sleeping till about 4am then down again till about 7am.
@Elena same what you said abput everything. Mine is way too fussy and whiny 😫 if i dont pit her down for the night by 7.30pm
@Katia even her last wake window is very cranky. But it works for us. It's early but dad and I just stay up. I pump another time then go to bed 9:30-10:30.
It varies but the majority of the time she sleeps for the night from 1am to 8ish....sometimes she may sleep longer till about 9 or 10 but only if she was exhausted the day before or skipped a nap the day before. She feeds every 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes if her last bottle is between 8 and 9 then she will pass out by 10/11. But she will definitely get cranky if she's up more than 1.5 hours after a bottle.
Bedtime between 7-8pm sleeps through until around 4am-5am for a feed, then back to sleep until 7am
She is sooooo cute BTW 😍
We start my 3 year olds bedtime at 7:30, he’s in bed by 8, then I do baby girl’s bedtime routine and am breastfeeding her by like 8:20, in bed by 9. She sleeps until 6 am sometimes 7
My lo goes to bed at 9:30 with me and wakes up at 8:30 sleeps through the night. Idk what I did to get blessed but hey, while my oldest doesn’t sleep at night now, at least she does haha
My little man goes to bed at 9:30/10:00 and doesn’t wake til 7/8am.
Mine goes to bed at 6-6:30 dream feed at 10 sleeps until 2 then wakes up for the day at 5:30-6 am. So my husband can see her before he goes to work in the morning. Plus my toddler wakes up at 6 so it works out with them both up.
My baby goes to bed officially at 9pm. Before that he’ll take naps. He still wakes up 2 or 3 times per night. 😅Doctor said it’s because he’s going to be a big boy and he just needs to eat. Then officially he wakes up around 6 or 7 am.😭 I think hopefully he’s going to sleep longer once he eats solids.
@Brittany oh that’s awesome! He s a great sleeper! For us it also works that she wakes up after 6am this is when entire household gets up (school/work). And it feels like she is ready for the bedtime at 6pm, but i try to stretch her until 7:30pm as then there is a chance she will sleep until 6am. Typically she is very fussy after 4am and it is harder to get her to relax and sleep after this early morning feed 🤷🏻♀️
@Natalie my hope too… My baby goes to bed at 7.30pm with the feed. Then she eats in 3-4 hours, then again around 2-3am and then 5-6am. Tough with so many feeds 🥺
@Katia when she was a newborn she was going down at 8 and sleeping only until 5 and being very fussy and refusing to go back to bed. Slowly I realized she just wanted an earlier bed time. I think with her dream feed that’s what gets her through. Sometimes she will sleep from 10-4 and I wake up panicked 😅 it gives me time to reset the house and relax too! If I don’t dream feed her she will wake up at 11:30 on the button to be fed. Sounds like yours is doing well though with sleeping too!

My baby goes down at 7:30/8 after eating a bottle then sleeps till about 3/4am and will feed then wakes up officially around 7 most days!
My son takes a nap at 7-9pm and goes to bed at 12-6am sometimes 7 I have trouble sleeping myself so it works best for both of us right now but I’m also a new mom so I’m getting used to this scheduling thing because I don’t have a schedule for myself
