Aches and Pains!

I suffered with a really bad hip during pregnancy and although it went away after I gave birth its now back with a vengeance. I also find my knees hurting from getting up and down from the floor and my back kills me by the afternoon! Any recommendations on how I can improve these things, cod liver oil, glucosamine, magnesium etc? I'm thinking of seeing a physio once I'm back at work and can afford it lol.

Following bc I had my 1st almost 10 yrs ago and have had hip pain since I was pregnant with him. I'm 38

I find yoga really helpful and Aromatherapy Associates muscle gel is very soothing.
