I have long covid too and have felt similar (im 32 weeks) but you sound as though you may be struggling more. I try and see it as pregnancy tired on top of my regular tiredness. I make sure that I get enough sleep, and make more time for bed as that helps (sometimes) but not always. I slept 12 hours last night and still struggled through work! If you have less than 4 weeks until your due date, is there a possibility of starting mat leave now, or taking some time off sick? I also have low iron, and second taking the tablets with orange juice. I also take them when I wake up in the night to pee, as having them without food increases absorption. Have you also been taking vit d etc? As this can make you more tired, I would definitely see if you can get a general b vitamin etc bloods taken from the doctor as it could be that you are deficient since its so easy in pregnancy and it makes you feel worse on top of everything else.
I also know it’s difficult doing most things with long covid, without being pregnant and carrying the extra weight on top. I find all the things I spend time thinking about make things worse too, try and make time for things you find relaxing if you can and ask for help where you are able to ❤️
So, i don't have long covid, but i do have ME. So I totally get the extreme fatigue. And I'm gonna say I'm feeling the same.... however I am finding the odd day with way more energy beginning to creep in. Upping iron can help - take it with orange juice though as vitamin c helps with absorption into the body All I can say - from living with my condition and the pregnancy making the fatigue worse - is rest when you can. It's not an amazing fix but can help the ups.and downs of the energy cycle. Just wanted to say you're not alone. So as its not great to go through, we will get through it x
