Definitely make sure you’re staying hydrated with electrolytes or pedialyte and yummy healthy snacks fruits, veggies, granola bars!
yea just keep little snacks with you in between meals cause breastfeeding and pumping will take a good bit out of you
Likely blood sugar or dehydration. Keep some snacks and beverages handy while nursing or pumping to help. If you're anything like me it's easy to get too busy and forget to eat or drink then you go to feed baby or pump and it's like Woooshlol
