Baby unsettled second half of night

My little girl is 12 weeks old, and sleeps really well until around 1-3am, I’ll feed her and try and put her back down, but she’s so restless, she doesnt go back in her next to me, the only way she’ll sleep is if I hold her, so I’m getting little sleep each night. Anyone know why or do your little one do the same?

My little one does the exact same. I have no idea either so eager to see what other people say

Mine is restless the second half of the night, but actually still sleeping just makes lots of noise like she isn't?

This may not be the best reply as I know people have very strong opinions on co-sleep but my daughter was the exact same so I would feed her and move her into my bed for the rest of the night (using every safe sleep method) and she would go back to sleep and i could also get sleep too As a single mum im no use to her if im exhausted and burnt out

@Harriet this is what I have to do as my LG will just not settle unless she's cuddled with me x

I’ve been experiencing the same, my LO is 7 weeks old. However I have noticed that if I keep him in a sitting upright position after the feed for min 10, he will start to close his eyes and go to sleep and then will tolerate being put down. I think it’s due to acid reflux in our case.

@Harriet I’ve had to do the same thing from around 12 weeks and he is now 15 weeks. I’ve actually started to look forward to that time in the morning aside from the aching body haha
