I did a long walk yesterday hoping it would bring on labor, I’ve been doing all sorts to try bring it on, my baby had had enough now😩 I just want to meet my boy 🩵🥺

My baby’s head was engaged and low at 34 weeks then no longer engaged at 36. My cervix was too high for a sweep one day then my waters went the next and baby was out 12 hours later at 38 weeks. Essentially you just never know when they’re coming.
Babies can engage and disengage lets say so at the time baby may have not been low enough for the sweep but may be low enough now I suggest keeping up the light exercise/walks or yoga ball if you have one I found for me anyway baby often engages a lot more when I do walks so maybe a 5/10 min walk before ur next sweep
He could do! I think it just depends. With my first I saw the midwife at my 38 weeks appointment and she said baby not engaged - booked in for a sweep but she prepared me that he was going to late. He came the following day spontaneously! I put it down to a 6mile walk I did after the appointment!
