See what your physio says. But I'd consider wearing a knee support when walking distances. It really depends on what's causing your knee pain. Quite often, it's caused by weak muscles elsewhere. Let's pick on glutes - weak glutes can cause bad knees for example. Perhaps exercising your leg muscles in general, could help you. But if yours isn't muscle related, I can't advise, sorry. Good luck 🤞 and I don't know how heavily pregnant you are. So no crazy exercise if you're late on. There would be disabled / elderly chair exercises available on the internet somewhere for leg stretches for example 👍
@Natalie I do wear a knee support every day which seems to help a tad. I think my knee ligaments are strained and your ligaments become soft and looser when pregnant so the two hand in hand have caused a very poorly knee. I am doing exercises from my doctor everyday so yes let’s see what the physio says. Thank you for your comment 👍🏻😘
@Rhi ah no way! I’ve heard a few woman get bad knees PP x
I got bad nerve pain 😢 I'm my left leg as 38wks pregnant. Long walks set it off. I'm also hobbling like a 80yr old 😆
@Jolene It’s honestly the worst isn’t it ?! Tbh I damaged my left knee prior to pregnancy so I think the loose ligaments are just making it worse ! Sometimes my right knee goes too!! It’s so embarrassing to go out and do anything 🤣
I have no advice sorry! But following as I’m having the same issue postpartum x
