Tantrums and more

Mummas please give me some guidance, I’m a mum to 3 children, youngest is just 3. For the past 6 months or so he’s had tantrums, when I say tantrums I mean full blown tantrums throws self on the floor, but over the last 2 months his aggression is becoming uncontrollable, I have exhausted everything I can think of to calm him down and stop this but it dosent work it just makes him more angry, he attacks me and his dad and sisters to the point my 9 year old had a black eye. Today he wanted my attention however I was finishing washing up took less than 1 min when I finished I walked into the front room and he full of threw his huge dinosaur at my face. I am in tears and not sure what to do, I can’t take him shopping because he runs off and plays up, I dread having to take him out because his behaviour is terrible. He goes to nursery however he’s not as bad there as at home however they have applied for funding for him for a 1-1 what do I do next?
