Breastfeeding changed your boobs?

Hi mummas. Just after some honest answers as I’ve heard so many stories. How did breastfeeding affect your boobs and how they looked & felt, both immediately and long term. Thanks

Mine look no different than before. I breastfed 2 kids over 3 years. I’m also 1 year no breastfeeding.

i was almost completely flat chested before kids. to the point where i was slightly concerned that i wouldn’t be able to produce enough milk for my baby hahah. (breast size actually has little if anything to do with milk production, it’s the amount of ducts and a host of other factors). it was surreal going from an A to a B cup while breastfeeding my first looool. it took a few months to stabilize, but once i was no longer facing engorgement, my breasts were still larger than before but not as swollen. obviously my nipples and areolas are totally changed. the areolas are darker in color and slightly bigger and my nipples are bigger too. now having breastfed my second baby for 13 mos, they are a little more droopy when empty of milk. they were also already different sizes before but this is even more pronounced now because my babies preferred one side over the other. rip.

Mine has dropped downwards and alot more saggy

For me, big time. I never had super perky breasts but after breastfeeding for essentially 4 years nonstop they sag. My poor girls look at the floor these days. But honestly I don’t mind, I fed two babies from my body and that’s amazing. Every woman will be different but honestly mom to mom, it’s not embarrassing for our bodies to change! We’ve created life and nourished it into full children!

I never had big boobs before my LO but now I call them my used teabags, they’re now a B/C cup and slightly baggy/ loose feeling but I love them 🩵

Mine got bigger at the start of breastfeeding and now they are real saggy tbh

Yes. Pre baby was 32/34B, they went massive then after first ended I was 34D and much saggier/loose skin once deflated and never went back to that perky 32B. Back on round two and they’re even bigger and I’m ngl I hate them, even though I know they’re doing a great job. As soon as our journey is over (and we have money) I’m getting a reduction/lift. I really dislike my body with big boobs none of my clothes fit anymore and never will.

@Caitlyn I’m 2 years in and my story is pretty much identical to yours! Although I went to a C right after birth then down to a B now, and luckily I’m still symmetrical, from what I can see anyway😅

I went from a B to a DDD, but not in the good way. Nipples got bigger and now they’re pretty saggy. Im not sure if they’ll change down the line much but I hope they do lmao

One of my boobs is much bigger than the other, and they’re both saggy. Sometimes it bothers me but most days it doesn’t. I’m still breastfeeding and it probably would have made a difference if I switched breasts during breastfeeding more often.

I've always had big breasts. I was a 38DD before kids/ in-between breastfeeding. Currently breastfeeding my second and I'm a 40DDD. My breasts didn't look too different after nursing my first. They went a little pancakey after I weaned but then went back to their previous shape, which has always been droopy and downturned. My areolas are twice as big as they were before kids and are now the size of my palms and darker 😅

I’ve stayed the same size! Still small 🤣

Mine just look slightly less full, and my husband says he notices no difference ive been breastfeeding for 26 months

They are saggy now. They have never been super perky because they are big, but they used to look full, round, and great. Now they look flat and deflated

Definitely more saggy...... but no too bad. Weight training might help with chest press. To get some lift
