Controlled crying

It was the best thing I did, I was unsure and don’t get me wrong it isn’t easy but within 7 days we went from 22 wakes a night to 3! We are now feeding once and she sleeps the rest! I used the pampers app to help and guide me, I would recommend

I didn't know this had a name 😅 I wouldn't say I do 100% this, but if she refuses to sleep at bed time & I've been trying to get her down, I tend to let her cry for a few minutes & then put her dummy back in, lay her back down & talk to her soothingly until she knocks out. She usually falls to sleep in seconds
