Definitely sounds like loose silicone if not it may be time to change your pump parts
Take a video of it doing this and email it to the customer service team you can get the email on the website. They will send you out a replacement.
Definetly check for loose pieces, if that doesn’t do it, it may be time to replace pump parts
I'd replace the diaphragm. Those wear out quicker than the duckbills on mine.
Thank you all. I’ve used this pump less than 10 times, so can’t see why I need to replace parts already so will check it and email them and see what they say x
When this has happened to me, it’s normally due to a part being loose. Go through and check all parts are ok (no splits in the silicone) and tighten hopefully that will fix it
