Probably three months
Mine started at around 3 and a half months, he’s now 4 months and starting to laugh more.. but if I’m honest, it’s hard work 🤣 I have to really put in the effort to get a laugh out of him, otherwise I get nothing lol
My 22 week old does these little giggles if I work hard to get them but I wouldn't say he's proper belly laughed yet

mine is 6 months and barely laughs, it takes ALOT of work, but she’s super smiley.
