Toddler troubles...
Seriously feel like I'm losing it. I'm 2 weeks pp after a couple section. I also have a 2 and a half yr old at home. My toddler has suddenly decided everything is a no for her. She doesn't want to nap, brush teeth, or honestly listen to anything she is told. I know they call them terrible twos but wtf?! Even the bathtime she loved so much before has become a hassle and a fight. Is this normal? Maybe bc of the new baby? Or just age?
Anyone else dealing with this??

Every child has a no phase. They are attempting to control what they can - super normal. Mines does it in waves. Just be firm and stick to your routine with your partner and your child will eventually grow out of that. My trick is to have one of the stuffed animals ask my child to do what they won’t do. Our little hedgehog often brushes his teeth.

I think the new baby is a big adjustment, but trust in time it will be worth it. My age gap is smaller but My toddler went through a similar phase and it was a struggle! He was abt 18months when I had my 2nd and was doing all the same things. Now he’s just abt 2 and my LO IS 7m and their so adorable and always playing / hugging / kissing each other 😊
