hot showers and massage the clogged duct.

Use the haaka and you can get it out. Hot compress on the area should help relieve the pain. Try to place your LO on the one that is hard. Sometimes our babies can help a blocked milk duct

Okay do you feel any little like small lumps in your breast anywhere? Or is it just the whole breast is really swollen and hard? Does anything feel red or hot? Is your baby still able to nurse on the breast?

@Kara I feel lumps and it is really hard. Doesn’t seem red or hot. Hard for baby to latch sadly

So I will say when I had my first baby this happened to me. When your milk first comes in your boobs hardly know what to do with themselves. Because it takes awhile for them to figure out exactly how much milk they need to produce. So what I had to do because yeah my son couldn’t nurse and I was in so much pain. I had to pump one time. (Which seems counterproductive) because you don’t want them to start producing more than you need of course. But once I got most of the milk out so my boobs weren’t rock hard my son was able to nurse properly and keep up with everything. It was just that initial influx of milk I had to get down. I didn’t pump until the breast was empty just enough to relieve that massive pressure and baby to be able to latch. So it could possibly be just your breast being engorged.

Try pumping or hand expressing just enough (don't empty your boobs) to make it softer for your baby to latch easier. Also try "reverse pressure softening," "breast gymnastics," and "lymphatic breast massage." I'm sure there are videos of these online! You can also ice your boobs (not the nipple, that could lead to more pain. Just the breast) after a feeding for about 15 minutes. Take some ibuprofen too! If you do have a clogged duct, the best thing to relieve it is to nurse often. The baby is the best at getting milk and clogs out!
