I was in this situation exactly. They said i could try it if i wanted. But there is a risk of emergency c section if baby b didn’t turn when baby a was out. Also depends on your doc if she’ll try breech extraction. I did elected c section because of the unknown.

What city in California did you give birth if I may ask?

I’ve heard it’s more common to have a c section with multiple babies in womb unfortunately but as long as you and your babies are safe that’s all that matters 🫶🏽

I’m not sure what the US or CA is like with twin births but in the UK we have to advocate for natural births now as hospitals are funded more when they intervene. I was tired of being fear mongered into thinking that birthing is a medical condition and must have epidural and or caesarean for twins. Often the hospitals don’t give a chance for successful natural twin births so they don’t witness it and therefore project that onto every patient making them feel uncertain.m and fearful. I am pregnant with twins currently twin B is breech however once twin A is out naturally the will ensure that twin B doesn’t flip or starfish ☺️ if you have a good midwife they will usually share that breech births do not have to be as scary as we are often told. My OB has now agreed to a natural breech extraction. I only share this in hope that it gives a rounded perspective. You know your body more than them and always have a choice and a right to ask what your options are and why. Good luck and lots of🤍🤍
