My now 3 year old didn’t start talking till about 2 and a half , and even then it was bits and pieces, he’s got full sentences now. They pick up so quick when they start i wouldn’t be worried. I don’t know of any adults who have issues now because they had speech delay as a child
Both of my daughters my oldest is 6 on Monday she started to speak when she was around 4. And my 3 year old still having trouble. So I'm putting her in preschool to help and doing speech therapy
My 2 year old son still speaks in single word phrases, no sentences yet! Boys are later to develop language so I'll wait a bit more to see how he progresses
Yes my friend daughter was like that and I suggest to always play different genres of music and singing around the house and to your babies will try to do as you do. Try some Disney movie songs or something fun to listen to. It may not happen over night but it will happen your babies will speak and just like a water fall ..ain't no stopping it once it starts 🙏🏾❤️ you'll have you a chatterbox before you know it!! 😂
My kids both only said a few words a piece, by age 2. They didn’t start talking more until 2.5-3 Is screen time something you’re okay with? My son started watching Ms. Rachel at 19 months & it helped a lot. We even have been learning basic ASL together because of her.
