Depends on if you plan on breastfeeding the next baby if not do it if so I’d say wait

I would definitely wait. I had implants put in before kids, I have nursed all my babies, and I definitely need to have them done again. The implant stayed still, but the skin is definitely drooping.

I had a breast enlargement and breast fed afterwards. My only suggestion would be to enlist a lot of help for about a week after your surgery because recovery was miserable. But I say go for it! It’s such a confidence boost!
