LO won't drinks cows milk
My Lo has been fully breast feed, she has now turned 1 and trying to transition to cows milk. Currently everytime I offer her some she spits it out. Any tips

Like @Lailuma said, I slowly phased breastmilk out. Adding a little bit more cows milk over a month or so
Try a plant based milk instead?
They don’t need milk at all at this age if they don’t want/ like other milks x
Could you add some sugar or is that a no no?
@Mary milk already has around 3 teaspoons of sugar per cup. Adding more sugar will just rot LO’s teeth

Can’t you phase your breastmilk out?So put like 20% cow milk and 80% breastmilk and then gradually increase cow milk ratio until she’s happy to take it, if that makes sense
