I was going to the gym 4 times a week and running 2/3 times up to 6 weeks pregnant, barely done anything the last two weeks. I do feel like I'm starting to get my energy back though! I've signed up to a 10km in August (pre knowing) so need to keep up the training 😂

This is my second pregnancy but I wasn't working out in my first, I definitely felt amazing in the second trimester so hopefully it's the same this time 😂
In the same boat ☹️🥲 I used to go gym and do weights 3/4 times a week. Ever since I’ve gotten a positive ? Definitely not 😭 probably been twice and it sucked Feel so weak, no energy. Always tired 🤣😭 pls don’t feel as if you’re being lazy, you’re growing a lil human and that requires a lot of energy 🥺❤️ give yourself some grace 🌸
