Maybe look into something more therapy based? Talking therapies, DBT is quite good for anxiety. Depending on severity could get support off peri natal Communtiy mental health team. But your gp would have to refer and they would have to accept cx
I'm waiting on an assessment from peri natal mental health, I already had anxiety it's definitely got worse since I had baby. The health visitor said talking therapies might help, and I'll probably be put back on meds (which I was on previously)

No my health visitor came out (baby is 3 weeks old so still having visits regularly) and did their own assessment and I scored very high on their anxiety thing so they referred me to Peri natal themself x
I'm on 100mg and I have absolutely noticed that my symptoms have been heightened pp. I have recently been having CBT through the wellbeing service and while it's not for everyone, it's really helped me and my anxiety. Might be worth having a look at it and see if it's something that might help you
