How do you know you were done having kids?

Some woman never feel done, I just think you have to make the choice for what’s best for your family. Know you won’t “feel” done. I just had my 4th in November also. 3 was the hardest number for me!
I don’t really know when it’ll be done lol 😂 by the time my daughter who’s 3 weeks old when she’s 3 I’ll get baby fever and want another one! All I know is I told my fiancé once we have a boy we will be done. My fiancé wants 4 kids I want 2 or 3 but I just want one boy. I have two girls at the moment….. whatever you decide for your family:)
Oh I know I will always have baby fever but there’s a difference with wanting a baby and wanting to raise another child and I don’t want to raise another child. The children i have now are more than enough to keep me up at night with anxiety and I can’t imagine having another human to stress about. Whenever anything happens to my oldest I cry and then start sobbing thinking about how i will have to experience it again with her sibling😅
When my uterus exploded, lol! No, but on a serious note. I have 2, we wanted 3, but I had a uterine rupture and almost died. We sadly decided that we will only have two.
Don't know if I'll ever know. I'm pregnant with number 6 and said after 4 and 5 we were done then got baby fever a year later haha x
