Night sweats
Is anyone still struggling with night sweats im almost 5 months pp and cant take it anymore its like a wave of heat just rushes over me and i spend the whole night just hot and sweaty to the point i cant cuddle my husband for even a couple of seconds because im just too hot. any advice? its driving me mad

Every time I try go to sleep I’m absolutely freezing. Then when I finally do go to sleep and wake up to do the night feeds I wake up boiling so I have to put my fan on the lowest setting. I’m almost 5 month pp
I am too! Thought it was due to taking the mini pill but maybe still pregnancy hormones!
I am too! I wake up in a panic thinking is the room too hot for the baby and realise it’s just me 🤣
