Are you exclusively pumping or nursing and pumping?
Are you getting some sleep? are you feeling more stressed than usual? Are you drinking enough water/fluids? Sometimes these factors can be contributing to lower pumping output but it doesn’t necessarily indicate a permanent drop in your supply. You might possibly need to adjust your routine.
Also your pumping output changes depending on the time of the day. during the first pump in the morning will be your highest quantity of milk (foremilk) but it will be more watery milk pumped. during the evening /night will be a less quantity of pumped milk but higher in quality of milk (more cream/fattier part of the milk/hindmilk) Some information to keep in mind when pumping so as not to feel discouraged by your output of milk pumped ❤️
Your supply regulates as baby gets older so it is normal for pumping output to decrease x https://www.emmapickettbreastfeedingsupport.com/blog/low-milk-supply-101
Check flange size as well x
Are you exclusively pumping? Because if you are you would need to pump every time your baby needs a feed. So every 2 hours ISH at this age. 3 times a day wouldn't be enough. Your milk is supply and demand so you'll only supply what you demand from it. So if exclusively pumping and you're only pumping 3 times a day, your body thinks it only needs 3 feeds a day. It won't produce anymore as it uses calories and so it won't waste them if it thinks it's not needed. If you're pumping after a breast feed you're probably doing ok.
Just got 10ml on one side and 30ml on the other I had no clue what’s going on
