Post-partum bleeding
Hello, I'm now 3 weeks pp from a csection and I've started bleeding again today.
After my CS, I bled for a few days but it went quite light and pretty much stopped around day 10.
Has anyone else had pp bleeding stop then start back up again?
I overdid it today with activity because I felt really good this morning with my recovery from the section but now I'm very sore 😩

I bled quite a lot after the csects. Especially whilst I still breastfed. It's normal. Though, you do need to take it easy. You've had major surgery. If you feel something is wrong, please contact your midwife xxx
Also c section here and I started bleeding again after over doing it thinking I was back to normal 🙈🙈 lasted a few days
I did, and overdoing it definitely can cause it to get heavier again. However, if it doesn’t stop get it checked - I just had to have part of my retained placenta removed at 12 weeks PP!

Mine did, I remembering feeling the same way as you, I thought oh that was quick I thought you’d bleed for longer - then the very next day I went from basically clear discharge to blood again. I think it’s normal x
