Absolutely do not get the motif duo I’ve been using it only 3 weeks and it’s crapped out on me, literally going to go get the mom cozy m5 in the morning, my best friend has one and she loves it and highly recommends it so we shall see
https://a.co/d/hwTihKK I got this one off amazon. It’s a little bulky and doesn’t come with multiple flange sizes, but it works well for a cheaper wearable pump. Flange inserts are like an extra $10, so really about $50 total
I love my elvie, they have the elvie stride that is cheaper too. Lansinoh have just about every version of a pump also (highly recommend a manual also just incase power is an issue)
@Sydney I literally have the motif pump and it gave out within 2 weeks of me using it :/ but I did heard momcozy wearable ones really good!! Let me know how it works for you
@Emilee omg thank you ! 50 bucks is a literal steal
@Sarah I’m definitely gonna check the brands out thank you :,) and yes definitely need a manual pump and a wearable pump, i would love to get some things done while pumping
@Courtney haakaas are the best! I’m wearing it right now as we speak 😭
@Hailey yes! Wearable is awesome, in the car, do laundry, whatever, makes the time go by way faster:) did have them die one time middle of the night as a very new mom, door dashed the manual so fast lol
honestly i prefer manual pumps 1000x more. i have the lansinoh manual pump and i get more than i do with an electric pump along with the freedom of controlling the pace, suction, etc. plus i can move around with it and it’s much less to wash than an electric pump. the excessive parts and washing them was what did it for me, i didn’t even have the energy to pump but now it’s super easy and quick. i think it was like $23 haha
I have the spectra S1 , insurance helps cover it. Or Hsa. Works really well. Getting the hands free pump bra from Amazon or kindred Bravely was a game changer. Also, ordered the SNS tube feeder so I can have her nurse and take the supplement amount from the bottle at the same time! So many hacks after trying to do it all 😴😅
I have the hands free mom cozy breast pump. Look to see if your insurance will cover one before you purchase! I got mine through insurance on Aeroflowbreastpump.com
honestly, walking around the house with haakaas is my fav
