Tantrums vent
My daughter has been acting up so much lately. Nothing has changed I think it might just be a developmental leap or something but GOOD LORD! She’s having an extremely hard time with not getting her way- I know it comes
With the territory but omg 😭😭😭😭😭😭 almost everything is a complete power struggle. We’re practicing taking breaths and redirecting but it’s just hard.

Same here!! My little boy is so headstrong and everything is a power struggle! When he doesn’t get his own way or his feelings get on top of him he will slap me in the face too- it’s really upsetting!!

We are having the hardest time with this at the moment. Everything seems to be a battle with my little girl! Anything from eating meals, getting dressed even down to putting socks on! It must take us at least 30 minutes to get dressed in the morning because the tantrums are insane. We’re also practicing taking breaths and sometimes it works but I think she’s clocked onto it now so just refuses 😩 you’re definitely not alone, I hope it passes for you soon!
