I'm with you on this, totally ignores me if I discipline her, but her dad she'll listen to straight away.

Mines like this. Does my brain in and the feet stomping 🙄 Just an age phase I believe x

How do you guys deal with this ? I grew up with a father who shouted and used threats so I know from experience that that doesn’t work .😌

I try to set boundaries but I feel so weak . Today was definitely a rough day. I feel so defeated .

I tell her to put her listening ears on if she doesn't want me to end up shouting, it usually works but she does sometimes answer back the batteries have run out 😭 I also point out she doesn't like when I don't listen or if I'm rude and that seems to work. It's a hard phase for sure, especially when you don't want to be shouting etc

To be honest, I walk away. It’s easier than arguing with her and I’m not prepared to argue with a 3 year old 😂. She eventually takes herself away or stops because she’s not getting her own way comes back and is like I’m sorry mummy. And that’s the end of it, until she starts again obviously 😂 x
