What brand of silver cups did others buy? Some of them are sooo expensive, but not sure if cheaper ones still work.
I got the Koala babycare ones from Amazon which weren’t too expensive and worked well for me!
I used silver shields in the early days of breastfeeding and I did find more relief than from Lansinoh. I used silver shields alone as I read online that the silver shields are less effective when putting Lansinoh on first. Either way, i would suggest giving the shields a rinse between feeds as me and baby developed thrush and do feel that me not washing the shields consistently between feeds may have had something to do with it.

I think this defeats the purpose, the silver nipple cups can’t heal your nipples if there is a layer of nipple cream in between them? I use both but just at different times ☺️
I did both, used lansinoh cream and wore the silver shields 24/7 for the first few weeks
