It’ll be a few days before milk comes In but in the meantime your colostrum will feed her. She’s most likely adjusting still. Try swaddling for a bit or walking around will holding her then try to latch again. You’re doing great.
If swaddling doesn't work, try going into the dark bathroom with her skin to skin and turn on the faucet or shower and sway with her for a few minutes
Skin to skin, could be gas, colostrum isn’t any less than milk it’s actually more nutritious than even milk so don’t feel like your colostrum isn’t enough. Feel the nape of her neck on the back of her neck with your hand, is she warm or feel hot there? People often think if babies feel cold on their hands or feet etc that they’re cold but actually their extremities don’t show their body heat it’s actually the nape of their neck. They could be totally overheated even with cold hands since their circulation is still developing. Babies actually prefer cool rooms for sleeping so like 67/68 degrees to like 72 degrees seems so cold but that’s actually perfect temps for babies to sleep with. If their neck on the nape is warm or hot to touch that means they’re feeling hot. Also skin to skin will actually soothe them and regulate their temperature so even if they’re bare skin on your bare skin nursing it actually keeps them warm they get tons of your body heat that way.
Also google what making the ohm sound sounds like. Apparently that soothes baby when you hum that sound I’ve never tried it but theirs videos of it and crying babies will soothe with that frequency. Worth a try!
Usually milk comes in around day 3 but try hand expressing colostrum to get a drop of it on your nipple then bring baby to breast to eat that and try to latch to get more out. Skin to skin as much as possible. Hope things are going better over there! 🫶🏻
Do you have any milk stored you can put in the bottle? Have you tried burping? This might sound weird but what does her crying sound like? Different cries mean different things
