24+5 waters broke

I had the cervical cerlage stitch last Friday and today at 24+5, I went to get checked due to yellow discharge which I thought was an infection. Turns out my waters have gone! Has anyone had similar experience, what was the outcome? I’ve been given antibiotics and staying in hospital overnight, but the doctors won’t come and check me over until the morning
